Acrobatic Lessons
Our Acrobatic classes and lessons in Caloundra are structured so students are placed in appropriate levels according to ability. This places students with similar skills together, allowing time for more detail and technique to be provided by the teacher.
Our classes align with the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, encouraging excellence in flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, tumbling, basic contortion, and partner/group stunting for dancers.
Through structured learning, our students progress more quickly and safely in an encouraging environment.
Lyra Classes
Lyra (or Aerial Hoops), refers to acrobatic training with the use of a suspended steel hoop. Aerial artists exercise spins, drops and tricks utilising the suspended hoop. Students build upper body and core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, as well as increasing their confidence and body awareness.
Our Lyra Lessons and Classes in Caloundra will be capped to accommodate safe and effective training, allowing the teacher to spot each student where necessary.
Lyra Classes are run at exclusive times per week. Please reach out to us to book your space.
